Report: The Need to Professionalize Estheticians April 15, 2015 - written by Kathryn Gallagher, MBA, Advisor Marion Joppe, PhD

In 2015, Spa Industry Association of Canada hosted a survey conducted by Kathryn Gallagher, MBA and Marion Joppe, PhD, investigating how our industry felt about estheticians becoming a self-regulated profession. Your participation in this survey provided a valuable contribution to establishing where the industry as a whole stands and in providing information that could be used to improve esthetician standards.
